3.5" FULL COLOUR LCD SCREEN

The CL4NX Industrial Label Printer has a built in 3.5 Inch full colour LCD screen that displays clear and crisp images to provide high quality operation and real-time messages. Videos can be displayed on the large screen to guide the operator through various functions.

NEW MENU

The Sato® CL4NX has a new menu design that utilises an icon system as used in many popular consumer devices making navigation through the printer’s wide range settings which eliminates time consuming system setups.

BLUE LED INDICATOR

The Blue colour confirms normal operation and Red indicates an operation alert which is clearly visible from a distance to alerting the operator that the printer is not functioning.

EXTRA WIDE PRINTHEAD OPENING

The CL4NX has a head opening spanning a massive opening 60° allowing for easy access for media loading, cleaning, and maintenance.

Tutorial and How To videos can be displayed on the 3.5" full colour LCD  which will guide the operator through a variety of situations on setting up the printer to regulated maintenance.

STANDARD EMULATIONS ON-BOARD

The CL4NX is equipped with four on-board Emulations provided as standard: SZPL, STCL, SDPL and SIPL, making it ideal for the direct replacement of existing printers.

JUST CONNECT AND PRINT

The Sato® CL4NX recognises various print data languages, switching automatically to print the label instantaneously.

USB MEMORY

A USB memory stick becomes a convenient tool for downloading additional True Type Fonts, latest firmware, emulation upgrades and copying printer settings. Additionally the emulation version can be upgraded easily through the front USB port.

BLUETOOTH

Built in as standard, Bluetooth connectivity allows easy wireless connection to your smart devices.

CONNECTIVITY

The CL4NX has several connectivity options are available including a Windows certified printer driver, SAP ABAP driver, CUPS drivers for Linux and iOS and the SATO AEP platform (Application Enabled Printing) for printing from Android devices.

Fitted as standard are LAN, USB (type A & B), IEEE1284, RS232C, Bluetooth and EXT.

TOUGH METAL HOUSING

Protects against damage in the field ensuring that the CL4NX can operate with maximum efficiency in the toughest of working environments.

 

ALUMINIUM DIE-CAST CHASSIS

Key parts such as the chassis, front cover, ribbon spindles and print unit are of aluminium die-cast construction enabling the CL6NX to withstand the most challenging environments.

TOOL-LESS REPLACEMENT PARTS

Provides quick replacement of both the print head and platen roller with no tools required providing easy maintenance effectively reducing any unwanted downtime to a minimum.

INTERFACES

The interfaces are designed such that cables do not protrude from the rear of the printer, reducing the risk of unwanted disconnection or damage.

RIBBON RE-WINDER

The oversized core provides stable rotating torque, reducing the chance of wrinkles ensuring the highest possible print quality every time. The state-of-the-art design allows for rolls of up to 600 Meters to be accommodated easily increasing label throughput.

LIFE TIME PARTS

The printhead and platen roller have been designed for double life time operation prolonging intervals between maintenance to reduce both operating costs and downtime.

BI-FOLDING SIDE COVER

The design reduces the overall area required for operation allowing the NX Series to fit into restricted spaces while maintaining operational integrity.

30 DISPLAY LANGUAGES

The Sato® CL4NX has 30 easily selectable languages built-in allowing printer operation in a variety of languages that can be easily selected with the touch of button making it ideal for shipping and receiving in various regions.

LARGE IN-BUILT MEMORY

Employing an extensive memory, the 30 display languages are installed as standard along with four printer language emulations which can be selected without having to reboot the printer increasing production output.

PRINTABLE LANGUAGES

The CL4NX offers native support for printing the major languages of the world allowing the user to print all 30 display languages.

VARIOUS FONTS

A rich selection of embedded bitmap and True Type Fonts are available as standard in addition to the ability to download additional True Type Fonts. The CL4NX also supports DOS and Windows codepages, WGL4 (Windows Glyphs), Big 5 (Chinese), JIS, UTF 8 and UTF 16.

PRINT ACCURACY

The Sato® CL4NX boast a +/- 1mm Print registration, accurately controlling the print positioning ideal for smaller sized labelling applications.

LABEL TENSION DAMPER SYSTEM

The state-of-the-art Label Tension Damper System, allows for continued stable label feeding to the printhead even at the maximum print speeds increasing label throughput and productivity.
